Salter Law LLC, in partnership with New Brighton Community Center, will provide foundational concepts and terminology so you understand the routes different estate planning vehicles, whether a will, trust, or beneficiary designation, follow so you can ensure a safe and smooth transfer of your assets onto your loved ones.


This workshop is geared for adults (18+), whether single or part of a family, who are new to estate planning concepts and terminology or who have questions on how their existing estate plan operates and simply want a better understanding.

Learn what you need to know to begin providing for your loved ones now and further down the road to ensure a safe and smooth passage of your assets onto your loved ones.

If you are worried that you don’t have an estate plan yet, don’t worry! You are not alone.
We will cover what happens if you pass away without an estate plan at all.

Meet the Presenter

David P. Salter is the owner and attorney of Salter Law LLC, an estate planning firm located in Roseville, MN.  His thirty years of practice in estate planning is what differentiates him and his firm - he is well-versed in the strategies that work at during the turning points along life's journey.

David offers seminar throughout the year on estate planning, long-term care pre-planning, and estate administration to the local community and businesses.
